 The first thing that comes to the mind when you say Management is People Management. No matter what when you say that you are a manager, you will be gauged based on your people skills. If you want to be a successful project manager you need to have better people management skills.





 First and foremost task for the project manger is to understand roles and responsibilities of the team and links to the team and should able to communicate that to all affected people. Few important roles associated with Project are: Sponsor, Management Team, executive/leadership team, Project Team, Project Manager, functional manager.

The Project Human Resource Management processes include the following:
